what do u guys need to do is just go to any nearest TMpoint, collect the form.

then, fill up and get ur HEP chop, its for confirmation dat u r the student of them

and bring them up together with photostat IC, ur student ID, AND ur offer letter msk kolej/uni.

then after 2 weeks, tadaaa! da smpi!
